Services
E-Bron Digital provides consultancy, reporting dashboards and technical integration services that help authorised businesses understand, manage and improve their Amazon marketplace operations.
Authorised Users
Services are provided only to authorised users and businesses. You must ensure that anyone accessing the services on your behalf has appropriate authority to do so.
Amazon Seller Data
Access to Amazon seller data is granted only where the seller has provided explicit authorisation through the relevant Amazon account or authorisation process.
E-Bron Digital accesses only the information required to provide the services requested by the authorised seller or business.
User Responsibilities
Users remain responsible for complying with Amazon policies, marketplace rules, contractual obligations and all applicable laws. E-Bron Digital does not replace your own legal, tax, compliance or account-management responsibilities.
Service Changes
E-Bron Digital may modify, suspend or discontinue any service, feature, dashboard, integration or reporting capability at any time, including where needed for operational, security, legal or platform-related reasons.
Availability
Services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. E-Bron Digital does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, continuous access to third-party platforms or the ongoing availability of Amazon API services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-Bron Digital’s liability is limited and the services are provided without warranties or guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
